Today we have announced our Highly Rated retailers for 2022. This year, we have once again awarded over 1900 Highly Rated retailers on Auto Trader.
It is now more important than ever to offer the best possible customer experience, both online and in your dealership. Encouraging your customers to share their positive experience by leaving a review gives you the opportunity to stand out to future buyers. Reviews are crucial on Auto Trader, with 90% of buyers saying that reviews were important in their purchase making decision. Being Highly Rated takes this one step further and shows that you value your customers and want to provide the best service possible.
Highly Rated retailers on Auto Trader this year, will have for the last 12 months:
An average overall rating of 4 stars and above
Enough reviews in proportion to the size of their Auto Trader forecourt
Responded to reviews; including both positive and negative
All Highly Rated retailers will be receiving a sticker pack this week to proudly display in their dealership, along with visibility on the FPA and their Retailer Store. We encourage all Highly Rated retailers to showcase their success across all social media channels using the hashtag #ATHighlyRated2022
To celebrate Highly Rated, we are running a prize draw to allow Highly Rated retailers to reach even more potential customers. If you are Highly Rated, simply post a photo of your Highly Rated sticker in your showroom or online and tag one of our Auto Trader UK or Insight social media accounts including:
