Over recent months, many of our customers have told us they want to be more involved, and involved earlier in our thinking, with more opportunity to understand and feedback on what’s changing and why. That’s why we’ve launched our brand new Customer Advisory Groups.
What are the Customer Advisory Groups?
A group of 25 retailers from both independent and franchise backgrounds who have committed to meeting in person, every quarter with Autotrader to create a consistent and trusted channel between Autotrader and retailers of all sizes. These retailers will help us to improve how we design products, implement and communicate change, and build confidence in how we work as a partner to support your business.
