How to manage these leads (with Buying Signals)
Get up to speed with managing these new leads in Sales Hub; from reviewing attachment types and contacting the customer, to completing or cancelling the outcome. Our demo below walks you through each step.
Respond quickly
Buyers show strong purchase intent after adding attachments to a deal, with 84% who attach a reservation not submitting another lead elsewhere for at least three days. That increases to 91% within the first 24 hours.
Responding quickly to leads with attachments increases the likelihood of converting to a sale, as well as providing a good customer experience.
Manage the outcome
Be sure to mark the lead as ‘Complete’ or ‘Cancelled’ as soon as you know how the customer wants to proceed. Doing so will ensure your stock availability is kept up to date and, if the customer payed a reservation fee through Autotrader, this will be returned to them.
Changes to reporting in Portal
We're evolving how your performance is reported, making it easier for you to track all types of leads you receive and see how your adverts are performing.
Once Deal Builder and Buying Signals are activated on your adverts, you'll notice some changes to your performance reporting in Portal and in your weekly performance emails.
