Deal Builder - Fully integrated finance lenders

If you work with a finance lender that is not fully integrated with Deal Builder, you will be able to offer finance estimates to your customers. A finance estimate is a representative example that matches the calculations provided by your finance calculator on your advert page. The finance details provided by the customer will then be available for you to view within the deal.

If you work with a lender that is integrated with Deal Builder, customers will be able to submit a finance quote through the Deal Builder journey. This will take the customers details and lender rates to perform a soft check and return finance quotes that the customer is eligible for. The customer can then choose to add the quote to the deal, without needing to complete a full application.

Once the customer receives a finance quote, they can then choose to complete a full finance application with their preferred lender. This will perform a hard credit check and the customer will receive one of three outcomes: Accepted, Pending, Declined

Accepted: If accepted, the customer can add their approved finance application to the deal

Pending: If pending, you'll need to refer to your lender's POS to advance with the application (the customer may needs proof of income, for example)

Declined: The customer will be urged to still continue with their deal, and that you will be in touch to discuss alternative options

All of these statuses will be available to view in the finance section of the deal.
