Our new Customer Advisory Groups are here

At Autotrader, we work best when we’re close to our customers, listening, learning and driving change together.  Over recent weeks, many of our customers have told us they want to be more involved, and involved earlier in our thinking, with more opportunity to understand and feedback on what’s changing and why. 
 
We’ve taken that on board. 
 
This month, we’re launching our new, in person, Customer Advisory Groups, starting with a series of listening sessions, led by our CEO Nathan Coe.  Taking place in Manchester and London, Nathan will be spending time hearing directly from customers about what’s working, what isn’t and where we need to do better. 

Our aim is for the Customer Advisory Groups to meet frequently in 2026, creating a consistent and trusted channel between Autotrader and retailers of all sizes. You’ll help us to improve how we design products, implement and communicate change, and build confidence in how we work as a partner to support your business.
