It’s never too early to start collecting reviews and with Highly Rated 2026 launching this summer, your reviews are already counting.
What is Highly Rated?
Highly Rated is an annual award for retailers who not only have great reviews but also adhere to best practices when it comes to managing their reviews. Highly Rated retailers will receive a suite of assets both online and on their retailer stores to showcase to buyers.
This year we’ll also be bringing back our Highly Rated Merchandise store giving you access to exclusive merch to help you shout about your win.
What does it take to be Highly Rated in 2026?
Following your feedback, we shared the criteria with you earlier than ever this year, highlighting what we except a “Highly Rated” retailer to be. This year we’ve increased the required average star rating to 4.5 stars from 4 ensuring the very best retailers are awarded Highly Rated.
Highly Rated 2026 criteria:
% of reviews relative to sales
Average rating of 4.5 stars or higher
Minimum of 10 reviews
Reply to 95% of 1- & 2-star reviews
Reviews are tracked on a 12-month rolling basis so make sure you keep collecting and replying to reviews up until the deadline in June to be in with the best chance of winning. We’ll also be sending you regular progress updates so you can see how you’re tracking towards the criteria*.
