What we’ve changed so far…

Since the inception of our Customer Advisory Groups, we’ve made several updates to our products and platform that have been made as a direct result of retailer feedback. Here you can keep abreast of what we’ve heard, and what’s changed as a result.

Deal Builder

A more flexible onboarding approach

We’ve paused the previous rollout and moved to a more flexible, choice-based onboarding. This gives you greater control over how it’s set up, so it better aligns with your existing sales process.

More control over reservations
We’ve introduced Reservation requests, giving you full control over how reservations work for your business. You can choose whether to offer £99 reservations or handle them by request only.

Hands-on support from our team
When you’re onboarded, we’ll take a more hands-on approach. A member of our team will work with you to understand your setup and guide you through the options, so you’re confident in how it works before going live.

Updating contacts in Portal

In some of our listening sessions, there were concerns raised about old contacts still being linked to accounts in Portal. We’ve now made it much easier for you to manage contacts by adding functionality to bulk delete user accounts in Portal.

We’ve also introduced a rule where non active users will automatically be removed after xx months of inactivity.

Terminology Updates

We’ve also updated some of the language used in Portal to reduce confusion.

We understand that retailers are the ones who do the deal. Our role is to help you generate higher-intent enquiries and more opportunities to convert.

Going forward, these interactions will be referred to as Leads or Online Leads.
