Listening to Dealers: Our first Customer Advisory Group

Last week we were delighted to host our first three Customer Advisory Group listening sessions in London and Manchester with our CEO, Nathan Coe.

We welcomed 30 retailers from across the industry, representing both independent and franchise businesses. We’re very grateful for these retailers who took the time out of their busy schedules to come and share their experiences and raise some of the concerns and issues they are facing today.

If you couldn’t attend one of the Customer Advisory Group sessions last week, you’re very much still part of the conversation. We are committed to informing all retailers about the key themes being raised by your fellow dealers, as well as what Autotrader are doing about them.

Once all the initial listening sessions have taken place, we’ll be sharing more detail in the new year on what we’ve heard and the actions we can take as a result.

It’s always great to spend time with retailers and these listening sessions have been a great format. It was nice to see a mix of familiar faces and some new people that I haven’t met before. The feedback and ideas shared were invaluable, and alongside the Customer Advisory Groups will inform both our immediate and future plans. A huge thank you to all those that gave up their valuable time to come along.

Thank you again to everyone who has already taken part in our Customer Advisory Group listening sessions. We really value your openness and your time — and we look forward to continuing the conversation in the months ahead.
