Terminology updates: Driven by your feedback
Over the past few months, we’ve spent time listening to retailers and understanding what matters most when it comes to reporting performance. We've worked closely with retailers, including our Customer Advisory Groups - to understand how you measure performance and talk about results
That’s why we’re making changes to the language we use in Portal.
What’s Changing?
We know our previous approach caused confusion, especially around how we talked about deals and emails. To make things clearer:
We’re updating the terminology so it’s consistent with how you report performance.
Deals and emails will now be grouped under “Online Leads”, giving you a clear view of all the actions that matter.
You’ll see a breakdown of the different lead types, so you can understand performance immediately.
These changes are designed to make reporting more simple and clearer. By using language that feels familiar, we’re making it easier for you to track and measure performance. The updates will appear automatically in Portal from 8th January. Just keep an eye out for the new terminology when reviewing your performance reports.
