Buying Signals will be available to Partners for in Pre prod via the Deals API from next week and is coming to our retailer portal for all retailers at the end of November.

Smarter deal management workflows
Buying Signals enables better deal management and identifies high intent buyers. Meaning retailers can tailor their approach and allocate resources accordingly.
In Portal we display the three buying signal flags alongside each Deal in Sales Hub helping retailers make decisions at a glance. Intent is based on buyer behaviour and interactions, what they’ve done, not just what they’ve looked at. The three signals of intent are:

Combine buying signals with deals through our Deals API to create systems that enable a seamless online to offline journey for buyers. Offering key insights into each consumer after they have submitted a deal.
Buying Signals enhance the Deal Builder journey for retailers and appear on every deal within Portal, this helps retailers understand where the customer is at in their journey and creates a tailored experience from online to forecourt.
